The 2024´s State Budget (Law no. 82/2023, of 29 December) has revoked article no. 4 of Decree-Law no. 137/2010, of 28 December, which established a temporary reduction in the amount of per diem allowance applicable to civil servants, also used as a reference by the private sector.
