Beneficial Owner: what changes with Decree-Law No. 115/2025
Decree-Law 115/2025, of 27 October, amends the Legal Regime of the Central Register of Beneficial Owners (“Amendment to RCBE”).
This Amendment to RCBE modifies the current Legal Regime of the Central Registry of the Beneficial Owner, clarifying the scope of the obligation of the initial declaration as well as the information to be provided in certain cases.
