Law on Lobbying: The New Regime for Legitimate Interest Representation
Law no. 5-A/2026, of January 28th, establishes the legal framework applicable to the legitimate representation of interests before public entities, setting out the rules under which companies and organizations may seek to influence the enactment of legislation or public decisions in a fully transparent and lawful manner.
