New rules on the conclusion of partnership contracts in the health sector
The Decree Law number 23/2020, of May 22nd (“DL 23/2020”) led to a change of the regime for public-private partnership in healthcare management area, with the purpose of its compliance with the legal framework established in Law number 95/2019, of September 4th, that approved “Lei de Bases da Saúde” (“Health Basis Law”).
