Decree-Law no. 33/2026, of 11 February, amends Decree-Law no. 107/2012, of 18 May (hereinafter “Legal Act”), which regulates the duty to provide information and the issuance of prior opinions regarding the acquisition of goods and the provision of services in the field of information and communication technologies.
