Joana is a coordinating associate in the Urban Planning area. With several years of experience dedicated to urban planning and development law, her practice also focuses on public procurement and real estate and construction matters.
She regularly advises public and private entities on planning procedures, including the development of urban operations and licensing processes. She provides legal assistance in administrative disputes related to planning and public law issues, consistently contributing to the success of complex real estate and infrastructure projects.
Her cross-disciplinary experience allows her to offer an integrated response, from the planning stage to the eventual resolution of disputes.
Member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2013.
