Details
André is a senior associate in the Commercial, Corporate and M&A area, also focusing his practice on Banking and Finance. He consolidated his practical experience and client proximity through a secondment in the banking sector, which gave him a privileged operational and strategic insight into the needs of financial institutions.
He is directly involved in the department's largest and most significant transactions. He is pbbr's Emerging Leader for Meritas and was recently appointed to the Meritas Emerging Leaders Advisory Board (2025–2028). This global leadership and collaboration forum reflects his strong commitment to strengthening the firm's international connections and developing the next generation of legal professionals. His practice combines technical rigour with a strong international coordination component.
