Inês Almeida Borges

Inês is an associate in the Commercial, Corporate and M&A and Banking, Finance and Capital Markets areas. She has focused her practice on Corporate Law, where she works closely with clients on a range of business advisory matters.

As part of the Banking and Finance team, she provides direct support in complex financing transactions and regulatory matters. Her work is guided by the provision of high-quality legal advice, contributing to the structuring and implementation of effective solutions in the mandates in which the firm is involved.

Member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2023.
