Márcia is a senior associate in the Labour and Social Security area. She advises on various aspects of labour law, supporting national and international clients in day-to-day human resources management, compliance matters and labour litigation.
With a particular focus on the retail and logistics sectors, her practice is characterised by a pragmatic approach and a deep understanding of the operational dynamics of these markets. Her ability to deliver and her technical rigour make her a trusted member of the labour team. She is currently preparing her Master's thesis in Business and Labour Law at ISCTE.
Member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2019.
