Pedro is a senior associate in the Public Law area. He focuses his professional activity on administrative law, public procurement and administrative litigation.
With solid experience in monitoring contract formation procedures and resolving disputes within the scope of administrative jurisdiction, he provides legal advice to public and private entities on highly complex regulatory and procedural matters. His practice stands out for its technical rigour and effective defence of clients' interests, ensuring close monitoring at all stages of projects and in litigation.
