Patricia Goldschmidt

Patrícia is a consultant in the Banking, Finance, Capital Markets and Compliance areas. Her career combines practice in law firms with senior positions in the banking sector and regulatory bodies.

She served as Central Director of the Legal and Compliance Departments at BESI/Haitong Bank, having previously worked in the Issuers Department of the CMVM (Portuguese Securities Market Commission). This background gives her a privileged insight and in-depth knowledge of the regulatory, operational and strategic challenges of the financial sector.

Recently, she has focused her practice on advising on acquisition and real estate financing, negotiating financing structures and drafting compliance policies in line with EBA/ESMA standards and anti-money laundering (AML/FT) regulations.

Member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 1991.
