Rita Roque de Pinho

Rita is a partner in the Healthcare and Life Sciences and Data Protection areas. With over 25 years of experience, she has a solid background in corporate law and specialises in health and medicine regulations, as well as personal data protection.

She advises entities operating in the health sector, in particular pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, distributors of health products and start-ups developing technology-based projects in the health area.

Member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 1997.
