Details

Sofia is a partner in the Banking, Finance and Capital Markets area, with complementary experience in Real Estate and Litigation. With in-depth knowledge of the banking sector, she works closely with leading banking institutions, advising on a wide range of financing and restructuring matters.

Her work includes drafting and negotiating financing agreements, restructuring agreements and setting up guarantee packages, both in day-to-day operations and in highly complex financial transactions. Her close relationship with clients and her strategic vision enables her to provide highly personalised, efficient and pragmatic legal advice.

Member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 1997.
