Marco Pereira Cardoso

Marco is a partner in the Banking, Finance and Capital Markets, and Commercial, Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions areas. He advises lenders, borrowers, guarantors and other stakeholders on a wide range of financial transactions, including syndicated and asset-backed loans, with solid experience in cross-border transactions.

His experience covers financing for the acquisition of companies, ships and other assets, as well as the structuring of the respective guarantees. He has also been increasingly involved in regulatory transactions, particularly in the negotiation of collective investment instruments. His multidisciplinary vision and focus on strategic assets enable him to offer technical and commercial advice on highly complex projects with an international dimension.

Member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2004.
