Tânia Ferreira Osório

Tânia is the partner responsible for the areas of Public Law, Urban Planning and Environment, and Energy. With over 20 years of experience, she has a solid track record in advising public entities and private clients on highly complex and impactful matters, including public procurement, concessions, administrative proceedings, and litigation.

A specialist in Urban Planning and Development Law, she coordinates strategic projects involving negotiations with municipalities and the adaptation of land management instruments for large-scale projects in the tourism, residential and student accommodation sectors. Her practice covers urban development operations, detailed plans, land subdivisions, urban regeneration and licensing. She plays an active institutional role in the Meritas network, where she is a member of the European Leadership Group and the Meritas Women's Leadership Programme. Her regular participation in international forums and conferences reinforces the firm's global profile and its commitment to collaboration and innovation in the legal sector.

Member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2004.
