André has concentrated his practice in Administrative Law, Urban and Planning Law.
Completed his Law Degree at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon in 2020. André is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2022.
He completed a Postgraduate Degree in Urban Planning and Housing Law at the Institute of Legal and Political Sciences of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (2023).
Is fluent in English.

André was an Associate Lawyer at the law firm "Albuquerque & Almeida, Sociedade de Advogados", where he completed his internship in 2022.
Completed a Postgraduate Degree in Corporate Finance at the Lisbon Centre for Research in Private Law in 2020.
