André has concentrated his practice in Administrative Law, Urban and Planning Law.
Completed his Law Degree at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon in 2020. André is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2022.
Is fluent in English.

André was an Associate Lawyer at the law firm "Albuquerque & Almeida, Sociedade de Advogados", where he completed his internship in 2022.
Completed a Postgraduate Degree in Corporate Finance at the Lisbon Centre for Research in Private Law in 2020.
