Monitoring of Employees’ body temperature

Following the National Data Protection Commission (CNPD) recent guidelines on employees' body temperature monitoring, which, according to said entity, can only be carried out by health authorities or by the employees themselves, in a self-monitoring process, it was enacted, on May 1 st , Law no. 20/20, which expressly foresees the possibility of such monitorization being carried out directly by employers.
