New Statute of the NHS and related regulation
Decree-Law No. 52/2022 was published on August 4th, 2022, approving the new Statute of the National Health Service (NHS), which was recently regulated by Decree-Law Nr. 61/2022, of 23 September ("DL 61/2022").
