pbbr partner Inês Reis took part as a speaker in the international seminar ‘Managing Workplace Challenges’, organised by Claeys & Engels in collaboration with Ius Laboris.
The event took place on 14 March in Brussels and brought together experts from various jurisdictions to debate the current challenges of workplace management. Inês Reis was part of the panel ‘Managing Employee Privacy and Workplace Conflicts’, alongside Sophie Maes (Claeys & Engels, Belgium) and Fadi Sfeir (Capstan Avocats, France).
Among the topics discussed were talent retention, managing employee privacy, resolving conflicts in the workplace and the impact of artificial intelligence on labour relations.
