pbbr sponsors the 19th Commercial Arbitration Congress
pbbr is an official sponsor of the 19th Congress of the Centre for Commercial Arbitration (CAC), organised by the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The event will take place in Lisbon on 2 and 3 July 2026.
This partnership reflects our ongoing commitment to the development and consolidation of commercial arbitration in Portugal, bringing us closer to the debates that are shaping the future of alternative dispute resolution in the Portuguese-speaking world and internationally.
Under the theme “Strategy and Responsibility in Arbitration”, this year’s edition offers an in-depth analysis of the ethical and practical challenges faced by arbitrators and institutions. As in previous years, the programme also includes a segment dedicated exclusively to the younger generation, through the Under-40s section (CAC Futuro and APA), promoting the renewal of the field and the sharing of trends amongst young lawyers.
