Amendment to the Public Contracts Code

The Decree-Law aims to modernise and simplify the public procurement regime. To this end, it introduces measures to reduce administrative burdens and enhance transparency, while also promoting digitalisation of procedures, with a view to increasing the efficiency of public expenditure and expediting public procurement.
