Ana is a senior associate in the Labour and Social Security area. Her professional practice focuses on providing strategic legal advice to companies and individuals on matters relating to labour relations, employment contracts, restructuring, social security and labour litigation, distinguishing herself through her analytical rigour and her ability to deliver effective legal solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
Taking a pragmatic approach, she also supports negotiation processes and has experience in preparing and delivering training programmes, designed to address the constant evolution of employment law and organisations’ need for regular updates on human resources matters.
Member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2016.
