Duarte is a senior associate in the Commercial, Corporate and M&A area and in the Litigation and Arbitration area.
He focuses his professional practice on advising on and structuring corporate and financial transactions, whilst also building up solid experience in providing legal advice in the areas of litigation, property and copyright. His work is characterised by his ability to combine corporate and business expertise with a strategic and effective approach to the prevention and resolution of disputes, ensuring the legal certainty of clients’ projects.
