Duarte Vasconcelos

Duarte is a partner at pbbr and heads the Commercial, Corporate and M&A areas, whilst also specialising in Copyright and TMT.

With extensive and well-established experience in the corporate sector, he has led numerous mergers, acquisitions and company disposals, as well as highly complex projects involving the internal corporate restructuring of groups of companies, representing both domestic and international clients and investors. He also possesses in-depth knowledge of copyright law, advising clients across a wide range of sectors.

Duarte is also dedicated to projects relating to the planning and management of the assets of complex family portfolios, overseeing all stages from the establishment of the business through to its expansion and handover to the next generation, where applicable and desirable, in all respects.

Member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 1985.
