Gonçalo is a partner in the Commercial, Corporate and M&A area. With over 20 years of experience, he has been very active in complex, high-value transactions, advising domestic and foreign companies on various corporate matters.
His career includes extensive experience in corporate governance, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, as well as acquisitions, mergers and demergers, both nationally and in cross-border operations. He has worked closely with clients from various sectors, particularly real estate, pharmaceuticals, cement and information technology. In recent years, he has focused his practice on advising private equity funds and real estate investors and developers on investment and divestment transactions.
Member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2006.
