Inês is a founding partner of pbbr and responsible for the Labour and Social Security area. With over 26 years of experience, she advises national and international clients on all aspects of Labour Law, including social security, employee benefits, pension funds and labour litigation.
She is particularly recognised for her involvement in complex restructuring processes, cross-border labour issues, compliance policies and sensitive negotiations involving senior management. Her practice covers a range of sectors, with a focus on technology, retail, pharmaceuticals, media and financial services.
She represents pbbr at Ius Laboris, the world's leading alliance of law firms specialising in labour law, where she is a member of the Executive Committee and actively participates in global projects and initiatives. She is also a frequent speaker at international conferences on labour issues.
Member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 1996.
