New standard contractual clauses

On 4 June 2021, the European Commission Implementing Decision on the use of standard contractual clauses was published, fixing the new standard contractual clauses applicable to the transfer of personal data to third countries in the framework of the rules arising from Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR").
