Amendment to the Legal Framework for Urban Development and Construction

Decree-Law no. 108/2026 of 29 May (DL 108/2026), introduces significant amendments to the Legal Regime for Urbanization and Building (“RJUE”), also amending, among other instruments, the Legal Regime for Urban Rehabilitation and Decree-Law no. 10/2024, of 8 January, which approved the so-called “Urban Planning Simplex”.
