Decree-Law n.º 103/2025, of September 11, which transposes into the national legal system Directive (EU) 2021/2167 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of November 24, 2021 establishes the legal framework for the transfer and management of banking loans, as well as the new legal frame applicable to the Central Credit Register, and introduces minor amendments to related legal regimes.
