Details
João is a partner at pbbr and heads the Intellectual Property, TMT and Data Protection practice areas, also focusing on Commercial, Corporate and M&A. He assists domestic and international companies with matters relating to intellectual property, technology, media, telecommunications and data protection, advising clients on the structuring and negotiation of transactions involving intangible assets, technology, innovation, complex commercial contracts and regulatory requirements.
As part of his transactional practice, he handles corporate and M&A transactions, investments and corporate reorganisations, particularly in the technology, media and innovation sectors, providing integrated legal advice on domestic and international transactions.
Member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2017.
