Free access to medicines after clinical trials: new rules
On 23 October 2026, Ministerial Order No. 465/2026/1 was published, regulating the provision, free of charge, of medicines and medical devices to subjects in clinical trials following the conclusion of their participation in such trials.
Ministerial Order No. 465/2026/1 sets out the terms whereunder this free provision of medicines and medical devices must be guaranteed.
