On March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) assessed COVID-19 (coronavirus) as a pandemic. For companies that are considering issuing a force majeure notice, or those anticipating that their contractual counterparties may do so, our effort is to contribute to clarify certain key aspects of the discussion at sight.
